Founder and Director
Terryel Hu is a founder, management innovator, and consultant dedicated to bridging capability gaps for companies and communities. He was recognized by Thinkers360 as a Top 50 Global Expert on Management and by Favikon as a Top 30 Creator in Productivity and Personal Growth. As a consultant, he has developed capability-led strategies for companies, universities, and governments, impacting over 100,000 employees and driving double to triple-digit performance improvements.
In 2025, Terryel built the performance app Readiness Tracker, which ranked as the #2 app of the week on TinyLaunch. He is a regular contributor to the Process Excellence Network (UK), Thinkers360 Weekly Digest and international forums on AI policy. He is working with publishers on his upcoming book.
Before founding Insight Bay, Terryel was a lecturer at the University of Canberra and the Australian Defence Force Academy, where he designed and led high-impact learning programs for future leaders. He holds a PhD in Management, specializing in strategy and organizational behavior.
