Founder 

Terryel Hu is a founder, management innovator, and consultant dedicated to bridging capability gaps for companies and communities. He was recognised by Thinkers360 as a Top 50 Global Leader on Management and Top Voice in 2025. As a consultant, he has developed capability-led strategies for companies, universities, and governments, impacting over 100,000 employees and driving double to triple-digit performance improvements.

Terryel regularly contributes to the Process Excellence Network, SwissCognitive, Thinkers360 Weekly Digest, and the Product-Led Alliance. Before founding Insight Bay, Terryel was a lecturer at the University of Canberra and the Australian Defence Force Academy, where he designed and led strategy programs for future leaders. He holds a PhD in Management and qualifications in organizational performance.
